Ever have trouble waking up? WakeUpBuddy can help. Its the worlds first movement-based alarm that is turned off by walking a certain number of steps. Dont just lay in bed! Walk to a preset location like your kitchen or bathroom to shut it off and start your morning rituals. Instead of staying in bed when you turn your alarm off, you actually get up. When people are made to get up, they actually stay up. Take control of your sleep schedule.

What about hitting snooze?

Included is a unique snooze button that forces your brain awake by asking simple math questions, which upon completion provides a brief 3 minute snooze. Much better than hitting snooze and falling back asleep over and over. As well, weve included tips to help you fall asleep and stay asleep all night long.

How does it work?

The night before, starting at your bed you can set the location that you would like to have to walk to in the morning by having the app count your steps. When you create a new alarm, you can add a new location to walk to. After you hit Set Location and add a new one, you may hit GO, at which point the app will begin counting your steps as you walk toward the location. When you arrive, you may hit save and use that location in the future. In the morning the alarm will not turn off until you have walked the number of steps set previously(displayed on-screen as well).

Who is this app for?

Anyone that sleeps can enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that you will wake up without being tired. That hitting snooze will not turn into 2 hours of dozing off. No more napping if you dont want to everyday. That youre sleepless, restless and drowsy days that follow from not managing your sleep can be behind you. That there are ways to help your sleep problems and wake up rested. Our goal is to help anyone that feels they might benefit from a helping hand to wake up.
